Registered Dental Assistant

We require an energetic Registered Level II Dental Assistant position at our London Road Dental office. This position is Full-time, and will commence immediately.

Our office is open 6 days per week Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm.

You must be proficient in all expanded Level II chair-side duties. You must be able to work closely in a Team and, confident working independently.

Exceptional patient relations are a must; you must speak comfortably sharing dental health education with your patients.

You will also assist with ordering supplies, stocking, and dealing with vendors.

Customer Service Representative/Reception

Full-Time

We need a team player who can shift gears easily, who thrives in change, and always puts the needs of the patients first! Positive attitude is essential; as you will be the first/last impression for any person walking through our doors. You will be responsible for all areas of reception duties. Duties include; meeting & greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling patients, patient billing, appropriately troubleshooting questions from patients, Doctors and fellow staff, and some clerical tasks.

Dental terminology, and dental insurance knowledge is an asset, however, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good work ethic supersedes experience.
