Here at Able Dental Group we offer two different whitening options, the first is our in-office professional whitening which is done right here in-office. It begins with a protective layer to the gums to minimize the contact of the whitening gel with the gums. Then the whitening gel is applied to the surface of the teeth every 8 minutes up to 4 applications. You’ll notice your desired shade within the first week. This works best with at home tray to maintain your beautiful white smile.

Our second option is take home whitening trays, where we then take impressions of your teeth to produce a custom-fit mouth guard like structure, which are far more effective than your typical boil and bite whitening trays. You then apply the whitening gel to the mouth guard and wear them for typically for 10-15 minutes each evening until you’ve reached your desired shade.
